Review the manufacturer's product details, available options and motorcycle compatibility below.

Manufacturer Description

The windscreen used by champions.

The Puig R-Racer windscreen range is the result of the brand’s extensive experience in racing and its work alongside leading MotoGP and WorldSBK teams, such as Repsol Honda Team and Kawasaki Racing Team, applied to the development of high-performance windscreens for sports motorcycles.

R-Racer windscreens are designed to provide excellent visibility through the screen and greater aerodynamic efficiency compared with each motorcycle’s original windscreen. Their design is analyzed using a virtual wind tunnel to optimize the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and, thanks to their increased height, deflect the airflow that would otherwise directly hit the rider’s helmet and shoulders.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona using advanced technologies, they are made from 3 mm thick high-impact acrylic, resulting in a strong, lightweight and durable product. Their rounded edge of more than 2 mm meets the safety requirements established by the German TÜV.

During the manufacturing process, Puig uses a machine vision system for quality control to ensure that every windscreen reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Installation is simple and does not require additional elements such as edging. In addition, each windscreen comes with a detailed aerodynamic study showing the improvements achieved in performance and rider protection compared with the original configuration.

Before purchasing, check the DOCUMENTS section to see whether the selected reference has KBA approval and whether it is included in the corresponding documentation.

Important: carefully check the ABE documentation to confirm that this reference is suitable and approved for your specific motorcycle model.

Product Details

Manufacturer: Puig

Category: Screens

Product type: Touring Screens - Racing

Available finishes: Dark Smoke, Light Smoke, Black, Clear

Supplier listed weight: 463 g

Additional Product Information

40 mm higher than the original screen

Verified Motorcycle Compatibility

Puig supplier fitment data lists the following motorcycles:

BMW M1000RR (2025-2026)

Ordering advice: Confirm the selected colour, product SKU and motorcycle compatibility before purchase.
