Rides R Us – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same working day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or at weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days.

• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days.

• Motorcycle Delivery: Arranged via specialist courier. We’ll contact you to confirm date & cost after checkout.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

3. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

• Free collection is available from our shop once your order is ready.

• You’ll receive an email or SMS when your order can be collected.

4. International Shipping

• We currently ship to selected countries. International delivery times vary by location.

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship hazardous materials (e.g., some batteries, flammable liquids) to certain locations.

• Motorcycles can only be shipped to addresses with adequate access for delivery vehicles.

6. Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link (where available).

• For large items (e.g., motorcycles), our courier will contact you to arrange delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

• Please inspect your order on arrival. If any damage is found, report it to us within 48 hours with photos.

• If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at sales@ridesrus.co.uk.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

• Rides R Us is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and accessible.

9. Changes & Cancellations

• Contact us as soon as possible at sales@ridesrus.co.uk if you need to change or cancel your order. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
