Racing Screen

Puig Racing Screen (Light Smoke)

Manufacturer Description

Give your motorcycle a sportier character and improve its aerodynamics with the Puig Racing windscreen, designed to provide greater wind protection and optimized performance during sporty riding.

Manufactured from 3 mm thick high-impact acrylic, it combines resistance, durability and excellent finishing quality. Its rounded edge of more than 2 mm in thickness meets the requirements established by the German TÜV.

Thanks to its double-height design, it helps reduce air pressure on the helmet and improves the rider’s aerodynamic protection. Depending on the application, the Racing windscreen is available in Z-Racing and R-Racer versions.

Z-Racing windscreens have been developed and tested in a wind tunnel to optimize the aerodynamic coefficient and improve wind protection. Compared with the original windscreen, they can offer an improvement of up to 12.7% in an upright riding position and up to 61% in a racing position.

R-Racer windscreens, meanwhile, have been studied in a wind tunnel and developed together with racing teams competing in the SBK and Endurance World Championships, seeking the ideal balance between protection, aerodynamics and sports performance.

Installation is simple and does not require additional edging. In addition, the product is accompanied by a detailed aerodynamic study showing the improvements achieved compared with the original configuration.
